TAKOMA’s XR team participated in Laval Virtual World

On April 22 and 23, 2020, TAKOMA’s XR team, as well as 10,000 people participated in Laval Virtual World, the digital version of the Laval Virtual Show.

Antony Monnet, Edouard Alderman, Corentin Delaunay and CTO Bernard Cocchi met virtually, in the same location, for this extraordinary event in France.

They were able to attend conferences and exchange with other players in the XR world. This 100% virtual event allowed our team to see the latest technological advances, such as the Ultraleap and the HoloLens2 and Varjo helmets.

The usual discussions about development tools were also part of the event, as Laval Virtual World’s software was made with Unity 3D.

Trainings on mobile devices, such as Oculus Quest and its hand tracking was the talk of the conference.
