Handover of the presidency of TAKOMA
A new chapter of TAKOMA history opens with Ferréol MAYOLY’s nomination at the presidency. The current Director General succeeds Hélène RESSEGUIER, who will occupy a new role as President of the Surveillance Council.
Prepared for several months, the handover took place on November 15th, 2023, after the TAKOMA shareholder General Assembly.
Inscribing itself in a climate of trust, kindness, and continuity, it will allow TAKOMA’s renewal.
Founder of TAKOMA in 2000, Hélène RESSGUIER never stopped defending a human approach of company management. Always mindful of collaborators’ development, as close as possible to TAKOMA’s values, she built an innovating, creative and ambitious company. She also contributed to the creation of dynamic and tight-knit teams. For the past few months, she’s been preparing her succession with Ferréol MAYOLY.
I trust Ferréol implicitly to take over TAKOMA’s presidency. Working together these past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to appreciate his many qualities: courage, loyalty, and the exemplarity necessary to exercise this role. Ferréol also shares the human values that move us and already possesses a very good knowledge of our professions.
He will know how to make the right strategic decisions, all while inciting a positive renewal for TAKOMA. I’ve been moved and glad to pass the baton.
On my end, I’ll continue to accompany TAKOMA as President of the Surveillance Council.
Ferréol MAYOLY’s nomination inscribes itself in continuity. Ferréol joined TAKOMA in April 2023, as Director General, after several experiences in general management.
I’m delighted and honored to be trusted with the presidency of this very beautiful company. TAKOMA is an actor recognized for the professionalism of its teams, the quality of its services and the rigor of its projects. Before anything else, it’s a human adventure led by committed men and women.
I thank Hélène for the 7 months spent together to discover TAKOMA. I now have at heart to continue the adventure, with the same spirit of high expectations, kindness, transparency, and attentiveness, to allow TAKOMA to pass new steps in its development with success.
