A new e-learning module for RATP Infrastructures
The Infrastructure department of RATP Group put their trust in Takoma’s expert teams to design and produce e-learning modules on the subject of planning for worksites at night. The module is tailored for different trainees according to network (Metro, RER, and Train) and target population in order to provide relevant content depending on the trainee’s work requirements. We chose to focus the training on case studies to ensure all content was relevant to actual fieldwork. The course also featured evaluations to test trainees on acquired knowledge. The customer was fully satisfied with the results, and has already commissioned Takoma for a future project!
