NISSANPEDIA Knowledge Base
Nissan Academy Europe is the entity in charge of training for the NISSAN brand distribution networks in Europe.
CONTEXT
Nissan Academy Europe asked Takoma to design a Knowledge Base in an adaptive website format, listing and explaining all of Nissan’s technologies, for use by the relevant sales teams in all European countries (over 20 languages).
REPONSE
Takoma designed and developed the NISSANPEDIA Knowledge Base with a formative and informative logic, structured around the 3 Nissan Intelligent Mobility pillars: Intelligent Driving, Intelligent Power and Intelligent Integration.
Written with an on-demand learning logic and based on the digital habits of the populations concerned, the application makes all the information available to users.
It offers an exhaustive and didactic view of all of Nissan’s technologies, and the activity of the consultants is monitored by the LMS platform.
This Knowledge Base is evolving, and has been growing since its launch to constitute a unique repository of knowledge related to Nissan’s current and future technical particularities.
Takoma has also been in charge of writing more than 200 articles that constitute its current website, and this number is constantly increasing.

Nissanpedia is a great addition to the suite of training tools available to the Nissan network. The pragmatic format of “short but elaborate articles” is particularly well adapted to the operating conditions of front office staff and generates a higher level of support. Its immediate mobile accessibility remains a necessary technical counterpart.
