A long-term training solution for PSA Group
PSA Group brands are committed to eco-responsibility through the development of vehicle electrification technology. In order to help staff and all European distribution networks manage this transition, PSA Group chose Takoma to design and produce a fully digital, long-term training solution with strong gamification elements. This digital learning course is made up of 12 short and entertaining modules. To encourage trainee involvement and facilitate knowledge acquisition, the training content incorporated videos, animations, infographics, and mini quizzes. At the half-way point of this ambitious project, distributed in 15 countries, our e-learning course had already garnered some of our most positive feedback from the 40,000 individuals who completed it.
