A digital stopover in Japan for Shiseido’s GINZA perfume
CONTEXT
The creation of an e-learning module to introduce beauty consultants to the GINZA perfume. This immersive module aims to give them the tools they need to recommend and sell it in their shops.
REPONSE
For Shiseido we recommended an immersive, instructive training module, with effective storytelling that entices trainees into the spirit of GINZA. They are invited to walk through the heart of Tokyo to discover all of the perfume’s qualities through fun and engaging activities. This multi-device and multi-platform module has been translated into 10 languages.
